JOYFLO S.R.L. has developed an application and a platform for green enthusiasts, available both as an APP and through the website.
This Privacy Policy applies whenever you access the website, choose to browse it, and use its services. It provides all the necessary information to understand how data and information that identify users of https://www.joyflo.com are collected and used.
DATA CONTROLLER
The data controller of the data collected through this website is JOYFLO S.R.L., with registered office in Paese (TV), via Pravato, 50.
The controller independently determines the purposes and methods of processing, as well as the security procedures to be applied to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
JOYFLO will process the data as an independent data controller for the following purposes:

Access and management of the reserved area to use the services offered by JOYFLO, such as promotions for those who sell their products/services via the Joyflo APP and/or WEB APP, management of technical data sheets and/or other editorial content for industry professionals, etc.
For information on the processing of personal data related to the creation of a personal account (used to manage and access your private area), please refer to the privacy policy under Article 13 provided at the time of registration on the APP or WEB APP. -

LEGAL BASIS AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
To access the reserved area, login credentials must be provided. Failure to do so will make it impossible to proceed with the requested action.
The legal basis (also known as the condition for lawful processing) is:

For purpose 1: the user’s consent, given by registering on the platform or APP and creating a personal account;

Art. 15 – Right of Access
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, and, if so, to gain access to that data and related information regarding its processing.

The data subject has the right to obtain, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, they also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing a supplementary statement.

Art. 18 – Right to Restriction of Processing

a) the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
b) the processing is unlawful, and the data subject opposes the erasure of the data and requests restriction of its use instead;
c) the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but it is required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
d) the data subject has objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1), pending the verification of whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
Art. 20 – Right to Data Portability
The data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning them, which they have provided to a data controller, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and has the right to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance.
When exercising the right to data portability, the data subject also has the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible.
Art. 21 – Right to Object

Art. 22 – Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decision-Making, Including Profiling
